  Went there for my birthday dinner and came away disappointed. My boys and I ate their and the portions were very small and overpriced. The service wasn't timely and didn't follow through. We ended up leaving and going out to get a real meal to fill our appetites. Nice atmosphere but not worth the money.

  After a morning of skiing, we dropped in to enjoy a nice, upscale lunch. We were sat promptly, but that is the last positive thing that can be said for the experience. After finally securing the attention of wait staff, and orders placed, we awaited our food. While waiting, we notice our water bottle was cracked and leaking and had to once again attempt to get their attention.. during thei time we noted our server who clearly had a cold wipe her nose and then carry on to pick up other food items without washing. When we finally got her attention and that of another server, we asked for a change in server. While the new server accommodated, the sick sever disappeared to the back room. Then over the next 15 mins we had several wait staff attempt to make us as a table uncomfortable by coming out and 'starring' down the table from across the room.. please note.. still no food and all of this happens.. it was so blatant that we asked for the supervisor and he admitted It had happened and he would speak to the wait staff.. Bottom line, BlackIron need a total turnover in staff and leadership as they are unprofessional, non-responsive, juvenile and do not deserve anyone hard earned dollars

  Not a good experience at all. Our server was not attentive at all. Coffee was ordered she never brought cream and we had to ask several times for it. By the time we got the cream the coffee was cold. When we received our food we never got our soups so we cancelled them. We were almost completely done with our meal before she checked to see if we needed anything or if everything was ok.
  My chicken was over cooked and fries were cold. Would not recommend Black Iron to anyone.
